- Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing and troubleshoot discrepancies
- Maintain and update compensation structure, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness
- Administer employee benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans
- Conduct annual open enrollment and educate employees on benefit offerings
- Serve as a point of contact for benefits questions, leaves of absence, and workers' compensation
- Lead internal culture initiatives, including team-building events and staff appreciation programs
- Support consistent and value-aligned communication across departments
- Serve as a trusted resource for staff concerns, mediation, and morale boosting
- Ensure the Spice Core Values are integrated into daily operations
- Administer and maintain the Culture Index platform and team profiles
- Support leadership with interpretation of CI data for hiring and coaching
- Train managers on how to integrate CI into team development and communication
- Assist in aligning job roles with team members’ behavioral strengths
- Help optimize team dynamics and role fit using CI insights
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in hospitality or a high-touch service industry
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, payroll systems, and benefits administration
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and scheduling tools
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with any of our most-used platforms:
- Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Teams)

- Restaurant365
- Familiarity with Culture Index for team development and hiring
- Ability to analyze staffing and HR data to support strategic decision-making
