- Packing + Organizing: Gather, pack, and stage catering equipment, food service items, and décor based on event-specific packing lists.
- Loading + Unloading: Safely load and secure items onto company trucks for delivery and unload upon return.
- Inventory Management: Track, maintain, and restock warehouse supplies, ensuring all gear is cleaned, stored properly, and ready for the next event.
- Quality Control: Inspect all equipment and materials before and after events, reporting damage or missing items.
- Safely operate company vehicles while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse managers, drivers, and event teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable, on time, team-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive large box trucks to and from events.
- Previous work in warehouse and/or catering logistics.
- Basic knowledge of catering or food service equipment.
- Experience driving large vehicle fleet
